All development shops need a plan! How are we going to raise that next dollar? Who is going to do the work? How will it be reported?

Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan! But what does that mean? It sounds overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Together we will map out the steps—one by one—to evaluate, create vision, and design practical steps to a purposeful and meaningful development plan. This can be the solution for full and transparent understanding for all your stakeholders of just what it will take to meet your organization’s goals.
