Utilizing the proper CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for your non-profit role can help to collect better data, improving your understanding of your donors and therefore your donor relationships, leading to fundraising success.  However, there are many different options which can be overwhelming, and fundraisers often inherit CRMs that are not a great fit.

During this virtual program,  Patrick Johnson, Database Administrator at the Columbia Museum of Art, and Derek Clark, Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services at the University of South Carolina will discuss how to make your CRM work for you, and the process of researching and selecting a new CRM when it’s time to move on.  No matter what CRM you are currently using- Blackbaud, Salesforce, Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, or something else- you will be able to learn something about non-profit databases that will help you in as a fundraiser.
